These website terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) for UUJO.ca (the “Site”) constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and ÚÚJǪ Developments Limited Partnership, ÚÚJǪ Contracting Limited Partnership, ÚÚJǪ Ventures Limited Partnership, and any associated entities (collectively, “ÚÚJǪ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site.

ÚÚJǪ is a group of companies owned by the Doig River First Nation. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

As a condition of your access and use of the Site, you agree that you may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you warrant and agree that your use of the Site will not:

• violate any applicable laws, including federal, provincial, or Indigenous laws;
• violate the terms of use of any third-party website that is linked to the Site, including but not limited to, any third-party social media website;
• upload, distribute, or publish through the Site any material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, such determination to be made in ÚÚJǪ’s sole discretion;
• impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, ÚÚJǪ, an ÚÚJǪ employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
  attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or networks; or
• interfere with the functionality or security of the Site.

2. Indigenous Ownership & Governance

ÚÚJǪ is wholly owned by Doig River First Nation. While ÚÚJǪ operates under Canadian corporate and partnership structures, it also upholds the values, principles, and governance guidance of the Doig River First Nation. By using this Site, you acknowledge and respect the Indigenous ownership, heritage, and governance relationship that informs ÚÚJǪ operations.

3. Intellectual Property

You understand and agree that all content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ÚÚJǪ, our licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected in all forms by intellectual property laws, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, Indigenous, and cultural property rights. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials from the Site for commercial or public purposes without written permission from ÚÚJǪ.

4. No Reliance

While we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any content on the Site.

5. Third-Party Links

For your convenience, our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We make no representations about any other websites that may be accessed from this Site including, without limitation, the content, privacy practices, or operations of those third-party websites. If you choose to access any such websites, you do so at your own risk. Any disputes will be handled through applicable legal processes within Canada unless otherwise mutually agreed. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Site and under these Terms will be instituted in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

12. Entire Agreement

The Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ÚÚJǪ regarding the Site and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
